Our History

In the beginning Al-Arrab Trading Company (ATC) was a medical division serving Al-Arrab Contracting Company (ACC) Healthcare Projects.

ATC started its healthcare activity as a medical service provider in early 2007, since then ATC started a new vision to be the most admired medical and scientific solutions provider in the region, which adapt Projects Department to acquire the trust
of the key customer in the market.

In parallel to that our Marketing and Sales Department captured the loyalty of their Clients while expanding their customer base driven by their believe in the same vision.

At the end of 2011 ATC was acquired completely by a well established business group which has roots that go back to many decays, that is Alrajihi Holding Group . KSA remains the home for the majority of Alrajhi Holding Group business activities with strong presence in GCC and other international market.

Alrajhi Holding Group is into contracting & infrastructure, Real estate developments, building materials and industrials with major activities to include project development, operations management, investments and acquisitions.

There for a new strategy for ATC has been implemented to expand its market presence and to penetrate new market segment.
